What a great first week to kick off the Crazy Ducks 2023 season!

As a reminder, there is no swim practice tonight, Friday May 19.

We hope that your swimmers enjoyed the first week, learned something new and had fun! As we start back next week, there are a few items to share from Coach Hall that will improve each swimmer’s practice experience and help them focus on improving their skills.

1. Swimmers should wear a well-fitting suit. For boys particularly, competitive swim briefs or jammers are ideal. If you have not yet ordered or received your team suit from Swim Outlet, just be sure that the suit they are wearing fits tightly around their waist and tied securely.

2. Swimmer's hair should be secured away from their face, either tied back or in a swim cap.
