Secondly, we want to provide some clarification around the practice schedule now that morning practices have begun.  

Morning Practice

Monday-Friday, including meet days 

9:00 am-9:30 am- 6 and Under
9:30 am-10:00 am- 7 & 8
10:00 am-10:45 am- 9 & Up

Evening Practice

Monday-Thursday, except when we have a meet 

5:00 pm-5:30 pm- 6 & Under
5:30 pm-6:15 pm- 7 & 8
6:15 pm-7:00 pm- 9 & Up

Any additional exceptions to the practice schedule due to holidays, City Meet, etc. will be communicated in the weekly schedule email.
