Happy Friday | Time trials results and first meet next Tuesday, June 3rd
Good morning Crazy Ducks,
This week reminded us that the weather is out of our control—but rain or shine, our swimmers showed up! Thanks to our amazing coaches, parents, and FCC team, we were able to hold several practices and complete a full time trial event. We appreciate everything you do for our Crazy Ducks!
Time trial results from May 29
Over 90 swimmers participated in our time trials—what an incredible turnout! Everyone did a fantastic job and we saw improved times all over the results sheet. Time trials are a great way for swimmers to reacclimate to a meet setting, for parents and volunteers to brush up on roles (or try new ones!), and for coaches to assess swimmer strengths and areas for growth. Hint: Coach Doug will be focusing on breaststroke in upcoming practices!

First meet next Tuesday, June 3rd at New Sherwood
Let’s get excited—our first meet is just around the corner! The Crazy Ducks will swim at New Sherwood on Tuesday, June 3. Please register your swimmer by Sunday, June 1 at 5pm.
We still need a few more volunteers for the meet:
- Two 9–10 Duckling Helpers
- First and Second Half Scorers
- Two Second Half Stroke & Turn Judges

Swimmer shirts and caps
Shirts have arrived! Coaches are assembling goodie bags with shirts and caps, which will be available for pickup next week—just in time for the first meet. Stay tuned for pickup details on Monday and Tuesday.
