Happy Friday Crazy Ducks,

Hope everyone is staying cool. Next week we have our last home meet, let’s make it a big one!! It is a holiday week, so we have adjustments to the practice schedule. There will be no practice Thursday and Friday next week so that everyone can enjoy their July 4 holiday. Please read on for details on everything you need to know as we finish out our 2025 Crazy Ducks season. We have our final meet at Clemmons West on 7/8, GFSL Finals 7/13 and our banquet 7/16.

Home meet next Tuesday, July 1 vs. Brookberry

The Crazy Ducks host Brookberry Fins on Tuesday, July 1. Reminder to arrive around 4:30. FCC will warm up at 4:45, followed by Brookberry at 5:05. Meet will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please let us know if your swimmer(s) will be attending/not attending by this Sunday, June 29 at 5pm.

We have 2 volunteer positions remaining: one 9-10 Girls Duckling Helper and one 2^nd Half Timer.

IMPORTANT REMINDER! The playground is OFF LIMITS during swim meets. If we continue to have children using the playground during meets, we will need to add an additional volunteer position to monitor. We would prefer to keep all of our volunteers poolside. We appreciate your help and support!

GFSL Finals registration is open!

The Greater Forsyth Swim League Finals are Sunday, July 13^th at the Greensboro Aquatic Center (GAC). Finals are structured into two sessions, an AM session for 10 and under swimmers and a PM session for 11 and over. AM session begins at 9am and PM session around 2:30pm.

We would love to have as many Crazy Ducks participate as possible! Registration is now open. Please note that to be eligible to register for Finals, a swimmer must have participated in at least 2 dual meets this season. If your swimmer is not yet eligible, check back once they have completed a second meet. Finals registration will close at 5pm on Wednesday, July 9 to allow time for Coach to prepare and submit our entries to the League.

Volunteers are needed for Finals. This is a great opportunity to get a front row view of the action, as parents are otherwise not allowed on the pool deck at any time during Finals. FCC will share responsibility for the hospitality room during the AM session (2-3 volunteers needed). Additionally, each team is required to have two stroke & turn judges (can choose a preferred session) and three timers (one for AM and two for PM).

2025 Crazy Ducks End of Season Banquet on July 16

Our end of season banquet will be held on Wednesday, July 16 at 5:30pm. Dinner and awards presentations will be in the FCC Ballroom followed by a fun time out at the pool! Register your family on the FCC club app > Upcoming Events.
