Home Meet June 2nd vs Waterford

The Crazy Ducks will host the Waterford Stingrays in our first (home) meet on Tuesday, June 2nd at 5:30pm. The deadline to declare your swimmer is Sunday, May 31 by 5pm. Sign up here: FCC vs Waterford Registration and Volunteering

Volunteers! We are still in need of one Stroke & Turn Judge (1st half) and one Scorer (1st half).  If you are interested in scoring and do not see this position available, please email me back!

Reminder that for dual meets, we have an obligation and strict deadline to complete our entries and merge with the other team. Changes after the meet merge is completed may not be allowed. We understand that swimmers get sick and that is never scheduled. After registration is closed, if for any reason your swimmer is no longer attending, let us (Coach Doug, Raul, or Kate) know as soon as possible so that legal adjustments can be made, especially to relay teams.

Stroke and Turn Officials Clinic on June 3rd

The Greater Forsyth Swim League will host another Stroke and Turn Officials Clinic at Forsyth Country Club on June 3rd at 7pm. Sign-up Genius for the S&T clinic: New Officials Clinic June 3.

Register for City Meet on June 19th

The YMCA and TYDE Swimming are hosting the Robin Jacobs City Meet on Friday, June 19th. This is a fun day and the theme this year is Monster’s Inc. Our goal is to have at least 50 swimmers attend this year! City Meet is a full day event with 10 and under swimmers competing in the morning and 11 and older in the afternoon session. We will register all Cray Ducks together by the June 10 deadline, so let us know if your swimmer is attending City Meet via SwimTopia by 5pm on Tuesday, June 9: City Meet Registration

Update on Swimmer Gear

Your swim team registration includes a team swim cap and t-shirt (if you registered before April 28). Swim caps have arrived and t-shirts are expected Monday. The FCC team is working to get these items organized and we hope to be able to distribute gear at afternoon practice on Monday.  We will keep you posted!

Optional team suits, other equipment and fan gear can be purchased directly from the FCC Team Site on SwimOutlet.  Also, if you purchased Crazy Ducks in April through the Johnnie-O microsite, you should have received a call letting you know that those orders are ready to be picked up at the FCC golf shop.

Share Your Pics!

Kirsten Hooke will be putting together the end of season slideshow again this year.  Thank you Kirsten!  If you have any photos from practices or meets, please share those with Kirsten: [email protected].
